Spring Gobbler Season

I know its only January and all but i am already counting down the days until i get to hear that big one holler at the crack of dawn. ive hunted in the fall and deer hunted countless number of times but somethin about a big gobbler walkin up to ya on a beautiful spring mornin that really gets my blood flowin

how do u like to hunt em'. i seem to have pretty good luck if i find were they are roosting tha night before (via a hoot owl call) and setting up somewhere n the vesinity of where i think they might b the next morning and calling them in.. but i hunt with a buddy sometimes who will wake up around ten and hunt for roughly an hour and just walk around and try to bust them up then call them back in and he seems to have pretty good luck at that. thats usually how i do it in the fall but i thought that that seemed pretty much unheard of in the spring but i guess a gobbler can act pretty wierd when he wants to get with a hen
